Terms of Use

These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Nelux AB, Swedish company registration number 559501-0850 (the “Company”), and the natural person who signs up to the waitlist for the Maydan service (the “User”). By submitting their email address, the User accepts the Terms in their entirety.

§ 1 Definitions

“The Service” means the waitlist provided via maydan.se together with the communications the Company sends to the User in connection therewith.

“The App” means the mobile application the Company intends to launch. The App is not covered by the Terms and is provided, if and when launched, under separate terms.

§ 2 Scope of the Service

The Service constitutes an expression of interest. The Company undertakes to notify the User when the App is made available in the User’s locality. No further performance is warranted.

§ 3 Fee

Signing up to and using the Service is free of charge.

§ 4 Termination and erasure

The User is entitled to withdraw from the Service at any time and to request erasure of their personal data via maydan.se/integritet. The Company reserves the right to discontinue the Service in whole or in part.

§ 5 No timing commitment

The Company makes no representation as to the timing of launch. Launch takes place locality by locality and is notified to the User in advance.

§ 6 Improper use

The User shall not submit inaccurate information to the Service, including fabricated email addresses intended to obtain advantages in the referral system. In the event of a breach, the Company is entitled to remove the User from the Service without prior notice.

§ 7 Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. The Company is not liable for indirect damage or for damage arising from circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

§ 8 Personal data

The processing of the User’s personal data is governed by the Company’s privacy policy, available at maydan.se/integritet.

§ 9 Amendment of the Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms. Material amendments are notified to the email address provided by the User.

§ 10 Governing law and disputes

The Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising out of the Terms shall be resolved primarily by agreement and otherwise determined by the Swedish general courts.
